The filling used in these heat packs also allow you to add a drop of your favourite essential oils. large in size means this heat pack is perfect for any part of your body including the abdominal area or across your shoulders.

HEAT PACKS ARE FILLED WITH AUSTRALIAN MADE RICE.

How to use -

To heat, place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals for up to 3 minutes. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution.

​Do not leave heated pack unattended or on flammable surfaces.

​Do not heat for longer than 3 minutes.

​Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly.

​Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin.
